Up for sale is this really neat old woven sewing basket. The top has an almost parkay design in the weave. It has a very nice coloring and patina. The basket measures about 11 3/4" in diameter, by about 6" tall. It is a very good quality basket. The bottom is signed July 24, 24 Brown (Something I can't make out) then Tex.

This was an item picked up in San Louis Mexico. It is marked on the side as well.

Overall it is a nice sturdy basket. As it is very old it does have some slight damage here and there. Still nice enough to use and still looks great!
