This is a cool old service station wheel rim parts display. Measurements are similar to the cabinet pictured from the 1921 magazine ad. It is a hair smaller. They made the rack and the cabinet. Interesting because the logo looks like Skelly gas. See pics for condition and details. So will need to be screwed back together.
