Might be industrial salt for potash salt for a chimney. See bird sitting on a chimney. Not sure but the sign is totally cool. Beautiful bright blue and the stork is totally cool. Slight bend in the center for years of being posted on building. Measures 23.25" tall and 15.75" wide.
