Old Vtg C 1950s Folk Art Hand Painted Cabbage For Sell Wooden Sign 29 Inch Long

  
This offering is for a vintage mid 20th century hand painted wooden sign that reads "CABBAGE FOR SELL", love the sell rather than sale wording. I think the boards are without a doubt much older than the lettering on them, likely they were repurposed in the 1950's era. The wooden sign measures app. 29.5" long and each board measures 5.75" high. The sign features hand painted lettering in green on a white background. At each end is a folky painted cabbage design.

There is a mounting bracket on the back of the side that was recently put on it. The condition is excellent with typical wear, overall crazing and some minor paint losses and soiling but overall it's great.
