Old Antique Vtg Ca 1900s Watercolor Painting Mongolian Yerts and Horsemen Signed

  
This offering is for an original circa 1890's to 1910's watercolor painting that features a view of two Mongolian horsemen approaching a camp of three yerts and three ponies. The work was done in watercolor on paper which was glued to a gold painted cardboard support. The frame was painted with a similar gold paint which has worn quite a bit.

The overall size is 15.5" by 18.5" including the frame. The work is signed vertically at the lower right but I can't make out what it says. The last photo of the signature I flipped horizontally, it looks like it was written backwards and is more readable this way.
