This sign likely dates from between 1900 & 1915. (just what all advanced sign collectors want).

The lower right corner is chipped, and there are the typical small dings on the front... The back has lots of sloppy white & red paint dribbles & spillover, indicative of early / small batch production. This should clean up and look great..
