Antique Original Oil Painting Old Impressionist Plien Air River Landscape Signed. Fantastic view of a river flowing through pine forest. A crude leaning fence cleaves trees and cleared land. Across the water are low.

Hills and another bend in the river. Great old painting in a neat. Frame with an interesting finish. It's areas of wear show a beautiful layer of gilding underneath. 19 3/4" X 23 3/4" including frame.

15 1/2" X 19 1/2" image shown. As found- The canvas has a thin area with some holes as shown.

There is craquelure and stretcher marks. The frame has some wear at the corners.
