Antique Old Master Oil Painting Medieval Soldiers in Tavern Signed Mystery

  

It's approximately 17 and 3/4" by 20 and 3/4" sight and about 20 and 1/4" by 23 and 1/2" in the frame. There's heavy uneven craquelure, it's been re-lined, and lots of areas fluoresce under black light so it's probably had a lot of work.

The frame has some wear and losses.
