Original antique 1925 oil painting on board. Signed and dated lower right. Looks Pacific Northwest to me but exact origin unknown. Painting is in good antique condition with mild expected patina and wear consistent with age.

Would benefit from a cleaning. Frame has light separation and wear from age and storage. Painting is 14x17.5 inches.
