Very Old Antique Oil Paintings On Wood Panel

  

A pair of very old antique oil paintings on wood panel. 4 3/4 in/ by 6 7/8 in.

There is slight cradling to one with the woman. And the other has some cracks. And the one with the man has been repaired when it was cracked in half.

But are both very firm. I believe the wood is oak. Has some small chips mostly along edges.

There is a signature on one but cant make it out. There is writing on the back and what looks like title and signature but cant make out.
