Unable to locate signature but has the quality of listed artists and California school early impressionism. Would appeal to collectors of early mission painting, luminous quality of Brandriff, Dana Bartlett, William Adam, California plein air, early Calif. Artists, plein air impressionism, early California art, California impressionism, mission paintings. Fine plein air impressionism and would be a nice addition to early CA art collectors.

11.75x14.5 framed, aprox. CONDITION: A couple paint flecks can be seen mostly in the sky area (see photos). A small scrape line can be seen on the left side of the painting (see photos). Overall general age wear common with antique painting -could use a light cleaning.

In overall bright as found condition (see photos), appears bright and well kept. Frame has some edge wear due to age.
