This is a nice old antique original American art landscape oil painting of trees and houses in rural New York(see photo). The painting is painted in an Impressionist style (see photos). The item is from a very fine estate (see photos). The painting has a label on the reverse side identifying it as a work from the art colony in Woodstock, NY (see photos). This is a nice antique American landscape painting on canvas covered artist panel (see photos).

The painting is framed in a wooden painted picture frame. The item in total framed measures about 2 feet 1 and 1/2 inches high and it is about 2 feet 5 and 1/2 inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame measures about 1 foot 8 inches high and 2 feet wide. The painting looks to be framed in the original picture frame. The painting is signed WM Egger (see photos).

The painting has nicer colors than it shows in the pictures (see photos). The picture frame has some scuffs, paint loss and wear (see photos).
