CONDITION: Painting is in overall good condition - liner has some age wear and spots, in need of new acid free materials. Frame has some rub and wear to edges, also could use a new professional reframing.

All original antique condition, has not been examined outside of frame. REF: Excellent antique California painting. Harris was a resident of Santa Ana in 1892 and exhibited at the California State fair in 1892. Guaranteed to be an original work by A. Excellent example of early antique California art.
